This week we vocalized on: lip buzz, hum, mmm-ah (tongue all the way out) (ear training), nah nah, yayayay, hey that's my barbie
Olivia is progressing a TON!! I am pushing her so far every lesson - and she applies it all!
Her placement is getting better every lesson, and her performing is coming along GREAT!
- This week we worked on putting style and texture into our musical theater style.
- We worked on maintaining the correct placement at any volume, and with every note- high or low.
- We worked on our movements, trying to move with a purpose
- we really worked on relaxing into our high notes - making sure we can slide into the notes before we put weight on them
I'm so excited about our progress!!! You're doing so so well!
