This week:
- We vocalized on: humming, mm-lip buzz, lip buzz all the way up and down, me-me, yah-yah
- We worked on: style! Adding bite, keeping our voice forward even on the in between stuff, remembering placements, falling forward through our scats, our new "Darla" and "Pinnochio" placements, whisper forward placement/ adding whispers as a style technique.
Things to remember:
- Smile!!
- Bite - "yeee could be a"... start with "Darla" on the chorus
- Don't let it fall back on the middle words
- whisper first verse. build in the middle. punch the second verse. Darla the chorus. pinnochio the end of the chorus. fall forward on scats.
