Walker: Don't you remember (week 2)

Walker's high notes are officially coming back!!

In our exercises this week we worked on lowering his falsetto and raising his chest voice so that is middle notes (his mix voice) gets stronger.

We added our "dumb" or "blah" placement - which brings our voice to a forward and "up" place. This helps with our pop sound. As it gets deeper and richer, we're trying to keep Walker's voice from falling "back" or getting in the habit of being heavy. We're thinning out his chords so that he can still sing quick things.

This week:

We vocalized on: hooty, humming, m-ee, me-me, hooty all the way down - singing with falsetto as low as possible, soft soft hooty for the base notes.

We worked on:
- High notes! Keeping the "uh" in all of our "er"s
- Learning style WITHOUT vibrato
- Not falling back when we add vibrato. Focusing so that our voice doesn't slip into default mode at the end of lines

Awesome job Walker! Keep up the good work! See you soon!
