We vocalized on: lip buzz, me-me, yah-yah, oh-ah, Double time and everybody's favorite.
We're working on hard things in Abby's warm up exercises - pushing her voice places her brain doesn't even comprehend yet.
We're working on relaxing our vocal chords on all of our notes, but especially as we go higher. We're trying to find her "mix voice" (the place her "talking" or forward placement is higher than the range she uses while actually talking)
We worked on:
- Performance! She added cute little actions that we worked on with her song - preparing her for choreographing songs for the stage!
- Smiling!! This is one that is hard for everyone - but it not only looks great-- it helps with brightening the sound as well!!
She did so awesome! I'm excited to start a new song next week!
