This week:
- This week we had an extra long lesson! Which was awesome because we got to work extra hard!!
- We vocalized on: Humming, lip buzz (kind of), me-me, yah-yah, adding in oh-ah. (trying everybody's favorite)
- We worked on a lot of range exercises - trying to lower his falsetto and take his chest voice higher so that it smoothes the transition between the two.
We worked on:
- Our talking placement!! Relaxing into high notes, while making sure we remain in our forward place in our voice!
- Keeping our "singing monsters" out. - making sure that the way our voice THINKS we should sing something isn't the way we're actually singing. Instead we focus on talking out our songs. Today we moved this into a more natural place/ conversational place!
