This week we continued to move Ella into our "pop" forward placement, worked on relaxing her high notes, and added introductions!
Pop forward placement: last lesson we got into this - this lesson we expanded on it. We started with our warm up phrases and moved quickly into singing all the words, making sure that Ella stayed relaxed and "small" in her voice.
Relaxing her high notes: When Ella is in the right placement her high notes are incredible!! And so easy for her! We're trying to make sure that this easy place is well - easy for her. And that it becomes her default way of singing.
Introductions: we started on the performance side of our recital today by adding introductions!!
