Walker Jones: Shades audition prep

This week:

We worked on:
Walker's song for shades!
1. How to plan out ideas and brain storm without worrying about how it will fit in the song.
2. How to take those ideas and make them fit the cadence of the song
3. How to do alternate melodies
4. Filling in words to fit the music

Think of all of the times

When you didn’t just walk on by

You stopped and said you’d listen for a while

For the hate and hurtful whispers and the ones who walk away

People who are trying to find their part

In a world where people search for who they are and want to be

So many people look but still are blind
