1. Pop Ballad (continued): Getting Squeaky!
Pop Ballad (continued): Getting Squeaky! Today we continued our work on our pop ballad placement for our new song "Titanium". We really worked on how we approach each word - starting out in a really small and squeaky feeling place to take the heaviness out of our voice so that we don't hurt our vocal chords when hitting our high notes! We also worked on our transitions - as we get higher, it's important for us to take more and more bass out of our voice, especially while we are working on extending Maggie's range in a healthy way! The repetition was so awesome for Maggie's brain today!!! She CRUSHED!!!!!
