Christmas Project! Today we started working on our digital Christmas project! (we will be recording songs in my recording studio in the next few weeks!) We worked on "Rocking around the Christmas tree". In this song, we want to make sure that Kate's cute personality comes through - so we worked on talking our song out, keeping our words short, making it as sassy as we could, and keeping our style nice and punchy (hitting and emphasizing the consonants). We worked a little bit on studio technique - how to sing with a condenser microphone (making sure not to move, singing extra bright with an extra big smile). Kate did great!!
