Olivia Bagley: Treat you better (week 3)

This week:

We vocalized on:
Mah-mah, mm-mah, nay-yay, no-no 

We worked on:
1. Range Extension
2. Pushing into our mix voice/ belt voice more

Range Extension
Today we continued to work on extending and strengthening Olivia's range. We did an extra long warm up to make sure Olivia's voice was loose and warmed up before we started pushing into louder and stronger exercises, took small breaks every few minutes so that Olivia's voice could rest (because we were doing heavy duty singing), and worked through each of Olivia's registers both lightly and with a little bit more pressure.

We are working hard to build up Olivia's voice so that she can hit all of her notes in all of her songs with the big strong voice that we have worked so hard on!! She is doing awesome!

Pushing into our mix voice/ belt voice more
Today we also extended the work from our warm up into our song by working on pushing into our belt and mix voice even more. We worked on getting a louder, bigger, and punchier sound without Olivia hurting her voice.

She did great!!
