Today we worked on finishing our "make believe song" - wow! It's so awesome!!! We took it from a slower ballad like song to a mid tempo sassy song about how we can't deal with humans who are mean and how fighting is so manipulative and behind closed doors and behind people's backs now.
We have a couple little lines to fill in - but the majority of the song is finished and written!! Woo!!!
Double hooks!
Today we also worked on "double hooks" where there are 2 sections that sound like choruses. This is common in pop songs and a great way to make a song extra catchy!!
