2. Christmas project!/ Vocal producing Style Today we finished working on "Give me love" and working on our wide pop style and texture! We worked on widening our vowels and mouth placement and adding texture with the amount of breath we sang with in each word.
Christmas project!/ Vocal producing Today we also started on our digital Christmas project! (We will be recording Christmas songs in my recording studio in the next few weeks) In order to prepare, we worked on vocal dynamics, style, and producing our song. Dynamics: Today we worked on building a song's strength from beginning to end so that each verse/chorus is a little bit stronger than the one before. This gives our song movement. We worked on making sure that our more quiet notes stayed forward and easy to build upon. Style: Today we also worked on adding a little bit of style to our christmas song with keeping our vowels wide so that they sound a little bit softer (or more commercial). Andrea did so great!
